What is culture of an organization? Culture is easy to experience but very difficult to articulate, to say the least! When we discussed about articulating our culture, we were sure that instead of our Directors mentioning their views, we would like our colleagues to come forth and mention what they think our culture is.
Our six values are the pillars of our culture. Promised Service, Pricing Integrity, Accountability, Credibility, Respect and Flexibility are the 6 values that we practice at TopSource.
How do these values translate into reality? We asked our colleagues to narrate their experiences and our TopSource story book was born. The stories in the book are all real incidences and they have been narrated by our colleagues. The stories make interesting reading because they demonstrate how values are practiced at TopSource to create our own brand of culture.
