Manager Self-Service (MSS) provides managers with information about their direct reports. Managers can view / update employee detail, approve / reject holiday requests, complete appraisals online etc.

- Managers can review and approve their direct report’s timesheets.
- Managers also have access to manager specific queries, such as holiday policies.
- Managers can View/Approve/Reject leave applications for their team members and the system generates an automatic email for the action taken
- Approval/Assign of Training records
Security settings allow us to appropriately limit access so that managers can only view information for employees that report directly to them or those they have approval authority for.
